The Ottoman government was marked as the 13th century and was established in the western Anatolia city of Sogut and was built by the leader of the Turkoma tribe. The Ottoman government moved to Europe after capturing the Balkans. The Byzantine Empire conquered Constantinople in 1453.

The war in Greece ended with the investigation of the Greek Red Army, which is now an independent state under the London Protocol and the Treaty of Constantinople in 1832. The Ottoman War of 1832 to 1833 forced the Ottoman government to begin a comprehensive process of reform and modernization known as the Tanzimat. During the 19th century, the Ottoman government became very powerful and organized. although they have experienced a lot of land visits, especially in the Balkans, from a number of new governments.

The Committee of Events and Development of the CUP established the 2nd constitution of the young Turkish revolution in 1908 and changed it to a constitutional monarchy, which led to protests by many competing parties. However, after the disastrous Balkan wars, the rightist and nationalist CUP was replaced by a coup d'état in 1913, creating a one-party system.
